Announcement should come from Railway minister. Seems there is a Gap between Andhra people's expectation and MP's work. Most of the andhra people Looking for Starting the operations of SCOR. But our MP's or MLA's working towards construction buildings. They can start the SCOR operation using Private buildings if required. I heard some State government building are empty railway can utilize those.
