Govt’s ambitious Bharatmala project appears to be in slow lane
The Indian government has reduced funding for the Bharatmala Pariyojana, a major road construction scheme launched by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) in 2017. This decision comes seven years after the scheme's inception.
2017 mein launch hue Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) ke flagship road construction scheme, Bharatmala Pariyojana ke funding ko government ne restrict kar diya hai. Yeh decision scheme launch ke saath saath 7 saal baad aaya hai.

Will realignment of line and platforms take place between BVI & Virar? Because at Mira Road, there is an ample of space available for PFs and tracks in west, Bhayandar already has 6 pfs and Dahisar might require LA.
