They do work at strange hours of day. They do work that takes attention and constant feeding of information. They work on holidays and usually stay away from home in hot, amenities-less locos and brakevans. And lot more apart from the extra duty hours.

So according to you, they shouldn't be paid for that? They should work for free perhaps as a charity?

Bhai ye overtime ka chakker to main sirf freight me hi dekh rha hu.. Pax wale me to har 4 5 hr me badal jate h.. Han Ac loco ki demand consederable h.. Or dhre dhire wo ho v rha h.
