For the fancy train all these zones will listen and provide approval. We have seen such scenario now with many VB's started and running. Regarding dedicated SF, some of the VBs started now where they do not have daily dedicated SF train, still VB became hit. On other part a new daily SF is required to run between Bidar and Bengaluru via Humnabad, agree we need it asap. VB can be started atleast beween Kalaburagi to Bengaluru, if not bidar. One more VB is also requested by Hosapete via Ballari to Bengaluru.
