Iska aim Delhi mein congestion ko kam karna hai aur logon ko surrounding cities mein rehne ka option dekar Delhi tak fast, reliable, safe aur comfortable public transport system se commute karne ka suvidha dena hai. RRTS ek high-technology rail system hoga, jismein multimodal hubs aur sabhi passengers ke liye accessible stations honge. Authorities ne kaha hai ki yeh same coaches mail aur express trains mein bhi lagaaye jaate hain. Passengers ka kehna hai ki Railway Board ko coach factories ko Jan Shatabdi coaches ke liye special design banane ka instruction dena chahiye. Iske alawa, Railway Board coaches ke production ke liye annual plan banata hai.
