Also some members suggested Mysuru Shatabdi to leave Mysuru early morning and run upto Tambaram, while VB will start from MAS at 6:00am and will have stop at KJM.

I fully agree with you that weekly off should be on different days for VB & Shatabdi, that too on Tue, Wed or Thu only.
Suggestion for Shatabdi till Tambaram was only to get enough passengers, because there aren't so many takers daily for 2 services following at 10 minutes interval.
As you said, within March 2023, hope SR will do some changes after studying the patronage.

A few high priority trains are unavoidable in any section, however, timings should be arranged to cause less disturbance to others.

Our IRI atlas shows Arakkonam to Chennai is quadruple electric line. None is disturbed. Near Bengaluru only one MEMU 01776 reaches SBC 10:30am, all others reach SBC between 6:55 & 9:40am.
