• Will be difficult for buses to reach TCTB since it’s only a 50-ft road and only autos and two-wheelers can ply smoothly

It will be like Mumbai LTT terminus. Not properly connected with local trains. You are at the mercy of auto wallahs.
Atleast in LTT, there is a station within half kms (Tilak Nagar). In TCTB, even that is not available. The metro should get extended upto TCTB, else it will be a big failure.

They have to give halt at KJM for JTJ bound trains BYPL for trains from salem and YNK side. They need to extend PF to accommodate 24 coaches and use the new facility as terminal.

Yes. There will still be trains which will use the YPR-BAND-CSDR (bypass route) as well. Those trains should be moved to BAND-TCTB-BYPL route. Last mile connectivity was always a problem wit stations like BAND. Hope in the case of the new terminus it is sorted

There has to be a plan for linking Salem line to YNK line either near KR Puram or near Lottegollahalli. This will give flexibility to operate train from airport to Electronic City (Heelalige).
