Wo pic mein jo Bihar ke airports hai,wohi RCS Udan scheme mein tender bidding ke liye open thay..Darbhanga airport functional hai..Purnea airport ka land acquisition ka kuch locha hai..Bihta Airport ka kaam chal raha hai..Overall Udan scheme filhal Bihar mein upar upar se hi udd raha hai..jyada jagah land nahi ho paya ab tak.

Actually that is exploitation of loopholes in the system,just to earn money..Just like they introduced those Humsafar trains (many of them with super slow Timetable) with dynamic fare policy..Nowhere it is written that Jan Shatabdi should only be Superfast trains..But aaj tak yahi samjha jata tha ki Janshatabdi Premium Intercity type trains hai..Based on the concept of "Shatabdi" trains..Not like that kisi bhi Express ko utha ke Jan Shatabdi bana diya jaye.
