In DLI TPU stretch JS is faster then DLI TPU exp by 50 min and in TPU DLI stretch JS is faster by 1hr 5 min what more do you want ?
there is nothing said that a JS should fulfill SF criteria, is should just be "fast" then the other trains running

Actually that is exploitation of loopholes in the system,just to earn money..Just like they introduced those Humsafar trains (many of them with super slow Timetable) with dynamic fare policy..Nowhere it is written that Jan Shatabdi should only be Superfast trains..But aaj tak yahi samjha jata tha ki Janshatabdi Premium Intercity type trains hai..Based on the concept of "Shatabdi" trains..Not like that kisi bhi Express ko utha ke Jan Shatabdi bana diya jaye.
