When there are big accidents/incidents, it is seen that the mainstream news media often gets the train number, station and other info wrong. For this particular instance, the train number given out by many news outlets is 74943 - Jalandhar-Nakodar DEMU, which does not even go to ASR. All news links in IRI are now tagged as 74643 - Jalandhar-Amritsar DEMU, which seems to be the correct train.

Imaginary trains in IRI have many, many markings warning everyone that it is NOT a real train. So, there is very little possibility of misunderstanding. The word "IMAGINARY" appears in multiple locations throughout. Moreover, imaginary trains have been explicitly excluded from search engine indexes.

However, the TT itself may be plausible, and "can theoretically" be incorporated into a real train. We do not know if this is the case.
