Yes correct you are coaches are produced, railway lines constructed, CDO used maintenance by Railway Employees, station built, etc by common man tax money and given to private player for earning for them from our resources good strategy by govt to give everythingto private company persons.. If private wants to run train then train should be built on private companies money, maintainance by separate private staff, Separate railway line, station, CDO built by them like in metros then its OK. This will creat more employment also in private companies without hampering govt indian railway at all anyway.But this will not happen . Plan to fully privatised railway in next 5 yrs so very fast work started by govt with 100 days target so that full privatised can be done in 5 yrs....
