Exit via second entry GT road side, Gandhi park bus stand is adjacent (400 meter ) to railway station.
Ask any e-rickshaw guy he will charge 10-20₹.

But here is a catch. Due to traffic congestion city traffic police bans buses to enter in core area of city.
At that times there is another 3rd bus stand named सूत मील roadways workshop bus stand.
From there you need to catch bus for mathura.

Best way is first go to regular gandhi park bus stand. Since it is adjacent to railway station second entry GT road side. & Its morning time may be traffic is not diverted.
After that if you don't find bus then ask at bus station enquiry about mathura buses going from सूत मील .
Its easy to commute to 3rd bus station you can go via electric city bus frequency ever 15 minutes which stops just opposite to the Gandhi park bus stand.

You are factually right , bus train ka stop nhi h hathras junction.
Also hathras junction par new person k liye roadways bus ko rukvana is tricky because its a highway with a flyover as HRS is 10km away from Hathras city limits.
I don't think hathras is a good choice
