The Commissioner was satisfied with the quality of work and the speed trial and allowed trains to operate at 75 km/h on this section. Construction of 13 major bridges, 49 minor bridges, and seven tunnels was done, considering the wildlife in the area. The Ratapani Wildlife Sanctuary is located in this area, so the Wildlife Board's strict conditions were followed during construction. This area falls under the eco-sensitive zone, so special care was taken during construction to maintain the balance of wildlife. The construction of the third line on the Bina-Bhopal-Itarsi rail section, from Bina to Itarsi, is complete, covering 233 km.
