* If trains clock avg. speed of 99kmph, it would be a nice option to operate Duronto type trains (very less number of stops) on DFC(scheduled to be commissioned by 2022).
* Delhi-Mumbai/Patna/Howrah/Ahmedabad Durontos can do their journies much faster on DFC.
* DPC shall not be economically feasible, only the empty slots in DFC can be utilised for the passenger trains just for higher avg. speed og about 100kmph, although the operating speed may be just 110kmph.
