The person who posted the photo here has given the necessary credit to the respective owner. Do one thing never download a photo to be used as wallpaper in your phone or other devices you use click your own photos and use them.
Also does the person who post the photo here did he get some revenue out of that or has he monetized it in some way ?

might have never seen and been able to the appreciate the beautiful photo if he had never shared it here now we can appreciate both the photo and the photographer.
Also not everyone has the time and resources to travel the entire country and click railway photos. If I click a train's photo at my place and upload on social media and if someone staying 2000 kms away from likes the photo and shares on some social media site giving me credits what's wrong in that ? Should I ask him to travel all the way to my place and click the train's photo at the same location ? It's stupidity nothing else.
Both the person clicking pictures and the one sharing them here are doing it as a hobby and nothing else.

The major reason is less turnaround time at New Delhi.same rake is used on the same date if 12625 arrives late more than 3 then 12626 is rescheduled which normally happens once a month, either

1. Extra rake needs to be provided or
2. 12625 KeralaExp needs to be rescheduled in a way that it reaches NDelhi by morning 0r
