They will freedom to choose halts according to occupany. Local politicians will not have say( political stoppage).fare will be on par with railways. Leasing of land for pitline and workshop.

If delhi is dur then why we are even talking this trash in platform . Yes execution is changing but not impossible. Railway union is issue but last 3 years we saw how thin skin these union are. If you want investment you hv to execute. Secondly railway board will be 8 person so 42 are going out and will be ceo. Many are going court let see who win or lose.

First of all learn who is bidding and who is executing projects. Rail board retires are being hired by pvt firm for execution.GMR hired lohani sahab(he worked with air india & indian railway).same goes to l&t . Big indian company want pie of this . 30000 crore project is intended by indian railway. Alstom is already in india. Medha plant coming in telegana.some they hv plans for private leasing for freight like amazon doing for sealdah rajdhani.why railway want to complete electrification in existing route ?
Answer - carbon neutral wont be possible before 2030. As some route upcoming or guage conversion will be on diesel for sometime.electrification will help railway in executing.

Crew and guard will be done by IR. Railway will provide resources but pvt operator will take UDF FEE from passenger like pvt airline gives to airport authority of india

Interissue of railway division regarding change staffs all will come. My sources say these point were talked and they will give long hop trips like start tatanagar change staff @ bilaspur. Like duronto does with reducing technical stoppage.
