This corruption is present in every construction related activity in every sector. Be it Railway, be it Road construction, be it Bridge construction, be it building construction, be it construction of Refineries, etc. Everywhere Engineers related to construction gets some benefits in any form from Contractors. And in Railway, Road, Highway, etc construction don't think only these Engineers only gets money or other benefits, this is enjoyed by all from low level Engineers to high level Ministers, politicians, police all gets their benefits in different form. But if get caught somehow, these Engineers and small fishes gets caught and suspended for sometimes, then what happens nobody knows, but big fishes never get caught very very rare. This is going on in India not now it is going on since ages now.

See if u don't give share of ur corruption money to top bosses u will be caught and all ur activities will be out everywhere. If u give share to all channels and keep ur bosses happy u r safe. U will not get caught in 99.99% cases. If by chance u get caught u will be out quickly of it.
