You have raised many valid points but I disagree on a few of them:
1) WR does a commendable job handling such a busy section (BRC-BCT) with just 2 tracks and meeting so many people's expectations. Every now and then, some mp/ politician from some intermediate station demands stop for premier trains. Latest example is Boisar.
August Kranti is a victim of this. Still, look at its average speed. This deserves a star (more than Mumbai Raj).

more... Secondly, CSTM deserves a Rajdhani for sure. No denying it. Infact, I would say, Mah SK should be run from CSTM so that atleast 5-6 stations from Maharashtra can be benifitted instead of the current 1 (BVI is Mumbai only).
3) My reply was to that poster saying why back in the days, Mumbai Raj was started from BCT and not CSTM. During that time, Mumbai- NDLS via MMR-BSL-ET was not as fast as today and would have taken 20+ hours. But, Rajdhani even then used to take 16+ hours only via BRC-KOTA.
4)Regarding NDLS Duranto, why are you blaming WR? It runs through NR/ WCR too, isn't it? With so much traffic ahead of it, still it does a commendable job. Throughout IR, there are many Durantos that take more time than normal SFE. So be it.
