Tridib Chakraborty 1223 blog postsBBS Rajdhani (22811/2 and 22823/4) both undergo reversal at Kharagpur Jn. with a 15 mins halt. It is hauled by GZB-WAP7 throughput till PURI. Does the loco also reverses at KGP?
I don't think it is feasible for loco reversal at a busy junction like Kharagpur. Also, the other trains having reversal at KGP (Purushottam/ Nandan Kanan and Neelanchal, all have loco change as well). So my question is, if the loco doesn't reverses (correct me if I am wrong), does the loco link is shared between Purushottam and BBS Rajdhani at KGP, wherein the GZB WAP-7 that brings 12802 takes BBS Rajdhani till BBS and the WAP-7 bringing BBS-NDLS Raj loco attaches to 12801 till NDLS later in the day?
