Amaravati express would have been a full fledged LHB rake by now had it not been SWR rejecting SCRs proposals for VSG SC dedicated trains all these years. Even Goa express LHB conversion cancelled and Hampi/GG LHBfied clearly shows the bias.
VSG JSME introduced only because of pressure by Jharkhand MP Nishikant Dubey. Only thing wrong he did was not looking in the the fact that giving PM for any train at VSG is a worst decision. No pantry car, very few AC coaches and no clear chances of LHB conversion.

more... SWRs own RTI reply says RB has instructed on priority basis conversion of VSG PNBE, VSG JSME and Goa express for LHB in Q1 of FY22-23 as trains passing through 130 MPS section. But instead Hampi/GG planned in Q3 of FY22-23 got instead.
SWR is indirectly a Karnataka State Railway zone only interested in freight revenue from Goa and zero interest in pax trains.
Some say VSG CDO not capable of LHB but last year they were doing PM of VSG NZM Clone Humsafar LHB rake at VSG also above mentioned list was of February 2022 and now it's been 4 months was this time not enough to remove the constraints if any exist at VSG CDO to handle LHB stock ?
Clearly shows RB list is just a joke to SWR and they only care about Karnataka trains.
