Yes mostly SLP coaches. i think the coaches has been given to swarn jayanti express in his 1st lhb run. No doubt as the train is having RSA with Swarna jayanti express.

As i know that 2 rakes of samta with mixed lhb rake of Prashanti Express was given including pantry car. as it came with ASN WAG9 at 9;30 am at durg on 14 September 2021. Also the rake was standing in aide line of durg junction.

Are u sure VsKP BBS? Is it required? Don't think ECOR Itself will not propose. They will propose Puri HWH which has traffic. For Vskp it will be to Southern metros Hyd, Chennai SBC or to HWH.
