Yes. With the exception of Mandarhill - Mandar Vidyapeeth halt, the sectional speed seems to be 60 kmph, now. Between Mandar Hill - Mandar Vidyapeeth Halt, the train never went beyond 30 kmph.

The MPS of Godda - Hansdiha is 90 kmph. As this is a new section, sectional MPS was bound to be low. It would take some time to increase the MPS.

The sectional MPS of Hansdiha - Mandar Hill is 60 kmph. This section passes through some hilly terrain.

MPS of Mandar Hill - Bhagalpur is also 60 kmph with the exception of Mandar Hill - Mandar Vidyapeeth. This is an old single line section. However, the permanent way went through a major overhaul( upgradation) in recent times and we can expect the MPS to be upgraded in near future.
