cities to the high-speed rail network, The New Indian Express reported. The corridors to be proposed include a 618 km-long corridor between Hyderabad and Bangalore, an 855 km-long route between Nagpur and Varanasi, an 850 km-long way between Patna and Guwahati and a 190 km-long corridor connecting Amritsar, Pathankot and Jammu.

The new corridors will be proposed in addition to the eight that the railway ministry has already been working on under the NRP, a railway source told the newspaper. Moreover, the railway ministry is considering connecting all the major Indian cities to the high-speed rail network. As per the TNIE’s report, the sanctioned and proposed bullet train corridors will run along the national highways and expressways with the beautiful greenery enriching the view of passengers.

Bullet train will always go via the shortest route. And the shortest route is via ANANTAPUR - DHONE - KURNOOL CITY

It will simply increase the cost. I'd prefer it via BLR Airport-HUP-ATP-KRNT-MBNR/JCL-Shamshabad to make it more viable

Considering huge international traffic at BLR airport, people can use this train to reach their destination quickly

HUP is again a detour from short route and being a town not needed just route it along Bangalore highway all through as the corridor wil be 6 laned semi expressway in next 5 yrs with industrial focus. The distance from Bangalore city centre to Hyderabad City centre is just 575km. The bus services which dont have dinner stop complete the journey is 8-9 hrs from hebbal to Hyderabad lakdikapul in both directions.

Reason to add HUP is to consider HSR path findings which connects industrial corridors planned at HUP and Orvakal (Kurnool). Anyways, let's see if this project sees the daylight in this budget

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
