You can follow the suggested directions given by Sandeep Vickey. If you board a Metro from Secunderabad As soon as you get down towards platform exit on Left at Uppal X Road Metro station get down in the same way and exit towards back side in the direction how you came from.

Now your direction will be as within 10 meters you will see a road towards right side which is Hyderabad to Warangal Highway and get down either at Uppal Depot else Dominos Pizza Uppal Bus...

Frequent Bus numbers from Uppal X Road are 18, 18C , 113M , 113W , 71A all other bus numbers towards Ghatkesar

You can also use Google Maps for better navigation.

If you are getting down at Afzalgunj 71A is the direct bus.

If at Kachegua board 2, 2J to Secunderabad Chilkalguda X Road and 18, 18C + All buses to Ghatkesar will drop you at Uppal
