I think in Rajdhani Express whose journey time is around 15 hrs, composition of bogies to be changed by attaching Executive AC Chair Car, AC 3 Tier and AC 1 Tier Bogies as 2 Tier Side seats are not comfortable and even smaller in size in respect to the compartments.

funny is that when 12301/02 started in 1969, It had Only Brake/Luggage/Generator, 1AC-3 , AC Pantry cum Lounge, AC Chair Car-4, Brake/Luggage/Generator. Total 10 Coaches. Loco was WDM 4. Later Composition changed to Brake/Luggage/Generator, 1AC, 2AC, 3AC, EC,CC, P, Brake/Luggage/Generator by 1979 having total 15 coaches. 1AC-2, 2AC-2, 3AC-4; EC-1, CC-3, P-1, Brake/Luggage/Generator-2. Later in 1992 when 12953/54 was introduced, Rajdhani Train Rake Composition became 1A, 2A, 3A, P, Brake/Luggage/Generator-2 with EC & CC & Pantry cum Lounge Coaches removed from all Rajdhani Trains.

Executive chair is too expensive for a 15 hr journey which involves night travel and travellers may not opt. The best solution for SB is to remove RAC in all the rajdhani and increase the number of coaches to 20 or add a day of travel per week and run additional Rajdhani with limited stops in Mumbai Delhi Hwh Delhi with push pull and fares 15% higher then the present Raj trains.
