So as expected, the first of the demand has now started. Giving stoppages at Tiruvalla and Chenganassery.
There is another parallel demand to make it reach earlier at Banaswadi.....lets see what all railways can fulfill

Reaching band early is also more important but what i observed on its inaugural run is around 90% of the pax got down at kjm itself hardly 20 to 30 pax went upto band.

KJM has much better connectivity: Cabs, public transport, short distance away from metro. For those going to offices directly, it is closer . Also Whitefield stop is also good. Banaswadi is a small station with very poor connectivity. I think SWR is merely using it as a parking point since Bypanahalli cannot accommodate 20 coaches. Eventually BYPL could be the the main terminus where trains coming from Chennai, Jolarpettai, KL side could be terminated

Yes when the baiyappanahalli terminal is ready then all the north bound trains and kerala trains will be shifted there i habe seen the progress last month by early 2019 three platforms will be ready and all the 7 platforms can accomodate 24 coach train and the Terminal can easily handle more than 50 trains.
