i don't understand why we have to slavishly follow what is in the official website. In many cases, the spellings in the official website are flat out wrong. They really do not do spellchecks and other qa measures with their spellings. you can go to any timetable on the official website, and you will find that I am correct. Not only that, the spellings are inconsistent for the same station!!!
in the case of Shivajinagar, this is the official spelling of the city. You can go to the Wikipedia article and verify en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shivajinagar,_Pune You may even verify from other encyclopedia sources. Also, maybe, the name at the railway station says "Shivajinagar". In all probability, only in the official website, the name is...
more... wrong. Why? They don't care!!! Even if it says 'Sivajinagar' in the official website, they should change it, since that is not the official name of the place.
Through this website, we, the public who care, are given a chance to ensure quality with names of trains and cities. i have browsed through the forum, and found hundreds of instances where people suggest proper names of stations, because what is in the official website is flat out wrong.
finally, in conclusion, mr. mst, let's do what is RIGHT, not what it says on the official website. please, I hope you take my comments in the right spirit.
