Observations at Pune : Monday, 03-12-2007 : 19:00 to 19:10 hrs (Evening Observations)
1) L28 Pune-Lonavala local departed from PF2 at 19:02 hrs.
2) Empty rake of 1009 Mumbai-Pune Sinhgad Exp was seen on PF4.

1019 Mumbai-Bhubaneshwar Konark Exp arrived on PF3 with KYN WCG2 loco and got ready with ED WDM2 # 18600.
4) A goods train hauled by twin KYN WCG2 locos moved from Ghorpadi side towards Shivajinagar side. The leading loco (towards Mumbai) was KYN WCG2 # 20119 and trailing loco was KYN WCG2 # 20138.
5) Announcement was made that 1092 Pune-NewBhuj Exp will leave from PF1 at 19:50 hrs.
6) Pit line near PF6 had orange KZJ WDM3A # 18822R at dead end (loco shut down and resting) and blue GY WDM3A # 18906R (ready to move out). LP confirmed that this Gooty WDM3A # 18906R will soon haul 6381 Mumbai-CAPE Jayanti Janata Exp!
7) 1556 Solapur-Pune Passenger arrived on PF6 with GY WDM3A # 14032 baldie. This Gooty WDM3A 14032 baldie had markings AEB and buldge face was towards Daund end! With UBL WDG4 doing banking duties on Briganza Ghats, more and more GY WDM3A/WDG3A locos are now seen at Pune!
8) 6381 CSTM-CAPE JJ Exp arrived on PF2 with KYN WCG2 # 20120.

Observations at Ghorpadi (GIT) Yard, near Pune Railway Station on Friday, 03-Dec-2010 from 17:35 to 17:40 hrs!

4) 2170 Solapur-Pune Indrayani Exp came with orange PUNE WDM2 # 16522.
5) Later, at around 18:30 hrs, I saw orange PUNE WDM2 # 17713 moving towards Pune. Also, 6210 Mysore-Ajmer Exp came with blue KJM WDG3A # 13054 Engine. 1041 Mumbai-Chennai Exp was hauled by orange KZJ WDM3A # 18763.
