Composition Changed of 22428 Anand Vihar Terminal Ballia Bhrigu Superfast Express.
3 Sleeper coaches were replaced by 2 3rd AC Economy and 1 2nd AC. Rest all coaches remains intact, resulting in revised compostion as followed.

Other two trains to Delhi from Ballia has 1A hence no need in this ЁЯШЙ.
This train is/was for middle class people with 9 SL & 5 GS plus 1 SLR.
But now scenario is changed a bit. Reduction in SL happened but GS had left intact.
