Again Privatization ek utopia nahi hai, aur aesa kabhi nahi hua hai ki private company mai kissi ne galti nahi ki ho ya woh log bilkul career ke tension mai apna 100 percent field mai dete ho. Private field mai aur bhi jyada corruption hota hai plus seniors apne juniors ke upar hi workload daal kar baithe rehte hai, I have worked in UK Railways aur privatization ke babe and boon ka mujhe first hand experience hai.
Plus mai SM wale incident ke picche ka 100 percent correct reason to nahi...
more... janta maybe koi health problem ho maybe woh bhot aalsi hi ho aur baki employees ko bhi matlab na ho ki dekhe yeh SM green signal kyon nahi de rha hai to ispe mai comment nahi kar skta.
Baat privatization ki thi aur IRL IR ka privatization galat hoga, accidents private trains ke bhi hota hai, planes ke pilot bhi doze off kar jate Hain ya distracted rehte Hain. Koi jaadu nahi hone wala ki privatization ho gya aur chaaro aur khushiya hi khushiyan chaa gayi, koi train kabhi late nahi chal Rahi ho, kissi mai overcrowding na ho, kissi ko railways mai koi dikkat hi na aaye.
please wait...Translate to EnglishPrivatization ain't some kind of magic solution man, it's not like private companies never mess up or their employees are always on their A-game. In the private sector, there's even more corruption plus higher-ups dumping all the work on juniors. I've seen it firsthand, working in the UK Railways under privatization.
And you know, I can't say for sure what led to the SM incident, maybe health issues or the dude's just plain lazy, and others couldn't care less about why the SM ain't giving the green light.
Talking about privatization and how it would be wrong for IRL IR, accidents happen in private trains too, pilots can doze off or get distracted. It ain't no hocus pocus that once privatized, all problems will vanish, trains won't run late, there won't be overcrowding, and nobody will face any issues with the railways.
