Waitlisted passangers should never be allowed to travel in reserved coaches in the first place, it's just an injustice to all those reserved passangers who face difficulty bcoz of unauthorised travellers. Railway should stop the sale of waiting tickets from PRS counters, only online booking should have an option of waiting tickets so that if it doesn't get confirmed, would get auto cancelled.

As far as I remember Nitish Kumar did nothing to bringing manufacturing sector to Bihar. Bihar doesn't have a single major industry and it's already one of the poorest State of the Country. Where the hell would you employ these people? If Bihar have had enough employment opportunities these people won't have left their home.

Valid points raised, anything that's closed like Lifts, Air-conditioned coaches, Centralized Air-conditioned grocery shops pose a serious threat. I think Railway started AC trains just to get more revenue. Before starting metro operations, authorities should consider this point too.

Quarantining everyone arriving in these trains is just an idiotic decision. How on Earth would you quarantine thousands of people arriving every day in government facilities and hotels? Soon each and every hotel would become a quarantine facility. Instead of wasting money and workforce on implementation unrealistic decisions, Government should let these people to be in strict home quarantine with a provision of penalty or imprisonment if someone is found to be violating the home quarantine order.
