160 is maximum permissible speed, that too currently only in NZM-MTJ section, it will take some time to fully complete Delhi-Mumbai and Delhi-Howarh to 160.
Probably there won't be new (dedicated) stations, however new pitlines can be constructed, which usually takes 3-6 months in govt ownership. Private players will do this task in 3 months as they take timelines very seriously.

It will be the case when all pvt trains will be allotted through irctc
If pvt trains are alloted directly, then irctc have to reduce its share (even irctc may not be able to provide catering in those trains).
Also if players like paytm/jio get a good number of trains, they can start ticket booking directly from their app. There are many possible scenarios. We have to wait and watch a little bit.
