officially venky is 23 coacher...but venkatadri will have political demand,bcz many seema Public representatives Kadapa and Chittor dist prefer this train...
Generally Public representatives bok tkts in first class or 2AC and apply EQ...depending upon EQ the coach augmentation happenes.

17652 augumented with 2 3AC coaches permanently..no SL permanently augumented..how ever it augumented max by 4SL,2 3AC,1 2AC ..I mean it runned with 12SL(present 8),3 3AC (earlier only one ,now permanently aaugumeted 2 3AC,totaling to 3 3AC), n 2 2AC..but many times it augumented with 2SL n one extra 3AC (earlier )

12 SL coaches is not easy i guess
for 12 SL coaches 3 coaches will be for Tatkla quota and 2 coaches for intermediate stations and 7 will be for General quota and 1 will be for Misc
Any zone will first look after end to end occupancy before augmenting coaches....but adding 1SL can be made possible if demand exists
