Those guys handling twitter of PGT are not from kerala or south..they are somewhere frm North. So they dont know the sentiments/problems of people. So they are forced to reply with one standard wordings.
Earlier when twitter complaints started, it was very effective, now days it depends on how you tweet, its like escalation matrix in organization, you mark boss in CC better chance of successful response. i have had following success.
1. Getting overcharging shops in MAS reported/closed.
2. Getting coach attender to work
3. Getting on board cleaning staffs to work instead of taking a free...

COMS issue updates are via email and status is available on the COMS website where we can search using any of the fields to see all complaints tracked against that id. Going by the status update cycle it looks genuine as of now.. have tried only once.
This is a good help for us. In any case i guess lot depends on the people also. The previous DRM of TVC was extremely prompt to reply and post relevant updates on twitter. PGT twitter handle only highlights cases of lost & found.
Nowadays TVc twitter seems to be handled by some amateur person....found too many errors in many of their posts, names being mentioned incorrectly etc.

As per sources, this train is running jampacked from PGTN itself. So, avoided the axe of cancellation.
It would be good if it's extended till PGT.

The train gets average 390 tickets from PGTN itself which is pretty good considering this early departure.
The train gets Jampacked from POY. The crowd at POY when this train Arrives is unbelievable. The crowd will continue till MDU. Most of them alight at MDU.
