WR ICF rake se hi chala raha Yuva Express

Haan Sir.. wo to pata hai. Infact ER ka Yuva rake ICF wala abhi recently use hua tha jab VB rake me technical issue aaya tha. means Rake hai. ER ne cancel karne ka request kiya hai RB se.
reason ye diya hai ki ICF rake ki life poori ho gayi hai ab use karna khatarnak hoga.
LHB ka shayad naam nahi suna ER ne 🥺

I don't think there is any shaortage of ICF 3AC coaches especially after LHBfication of many trains

Is the side middle berth allocated? Not then it's 3AC.

This seems to be unjust if passengers are being charge for 3AC without returning the difference of fare while a Garib Rath Coach is being allocated.
An RTI would answer the question.

LOL. Garib rath coaches are cramped with 9-12 additional seats over the usual 64 berths, totalling 72-75 berths WITHOUT Side Middle berths and hence the lower price in GR or 3ac economy coaches. Now, just to win an argument you can say both coaches are same but everyone knows that a normal 3AC coach and GR/3aEconomy coach are definitely not the same

Beta u need to understand that when ICF is 64 coach 8 room compartment GR length of the coach is more to accommodate extra room for 9th cabin and also the AC components are moved beneath. Instead of all these arguments why don't you check the chart how many berths are allocated in each coach.
