KoushikPatel~ 2100 blog postsSWR can utilize the spare rake of this train lying in hubli from Monday to Saturday.... as UBL LTT and UBL KCVL has RSA, UBL BSB runs with single separate rake, this rake has to be utilized to run a long distance train from Hubli to either Gorakhpur or some North destinations in Bihar or UP.
Instead run it as BGM-SBC exp on Thursdays sending the rake to BGM, SBC-BGM exp on Fridays which is much needed. Then run it as BGM-UBL passenger.
Bro on wednesday, thursday we have many trains.. I believe this train rake can effectively be used for north destinations... As far as SBC connection is concerned... a separate rake of 16 coaches as BGM YPR triweekly express can be run by scrapping UBL - LTT Express and Making RSA of UBL KCVL express with UBL BSB Express (It should then depart UBL at 20.30 as Super fast express to reach SUR next day morning 04.30am, instead of current slow passenger...
UBL LTT Weekly is utter waste train.. neither helps UBL nor GDG,BKT, BJP
Maga, then instead of those trains to UP/Bihar we need connectivity from UBL to Mangaluru via both routes-DVG, Hassan and also Dharwad, MAO, Udupi. We lack intra-state connectivity, that should be developed first is my opinion.

An intercity or JS should be run and if possible
a night train from bjp via gdg,ubl,ask,has. Then again SWR will not allow either on braganza ghats or shiradi ghats citing reasons. Unless the HMRDCL is removed and doubling is carried out on braganza ghats these wishes will remain as a distant dream.

This 'Super Fast' arrives at 20:08 at Krishnarajaapuram, but finally leaves Bengaluru from YPR at 2155. For a distance of 20 kms, almost 2 hours.
This train is meant for whom? for SBC-UBL Pax or for TK to Haveri pax to travel to MAS? Totally uselsss timings for YPR-UBL pax who are travelling from Tamilnadu.
Why can't this be a night train from MAS and cover YPR-UBL in day time?
