Surface_transport 281 blog postsDear friends, is it not time for legendary Cholan express to get its own rake, consisting CC and 2S, like Vaigai, Kovai and Brindavan?
It will not be done as they require 2 rakes because of timing and they need to find stabling line for Pandian exp.
Many ICF rakes are becoming free due to LHBfication. Those can be used.
If want to do that use old ICF they would have done when Brindavan Kovai are LHB fixed about 2yrs back. The main thing here is rake utilization and freeup stabling line at Chennai. Even when court has ordered to convert into intercity type they didn't do that.
