Yes It's Running With Economy type of coach in name of B7 AND BE1
It was not a mistake. 3ACE coaches may be given to Vskp division and as MoR already combined both 3AC and 3ACE they added the coach when the regular coach may be in maintainance and will continue.

Doubling completed upto Raipur RV block hut..just 4 km remaining whose work is going on in full swing and will complete with in 2 months.
Even though when TIG Raipur section was fully diesel single line, vskp korba Exp used to arrive raipur by 7am if you check its TT three years back.

near Lakhna its pending. Even recently they had trail run , not fully they completed i think.
Even though that stretch remains pending, 18518 can easily reach Raipur by 6.45 am. Also there are huge slacks in all other trains in that section. TT of vskp raipur and vskp durg passenger turned Express should also have been speeded up, else what's the use of doubling and electrification.
