Indrayani River is a rain-fed river which originates near Lonavala. The river has greatreligious importance and the two sacred towns Alandi and Dehu are situated on its banks.
Dehu is held sacred for the poet Saint Tukaram, a popular saint of Maharashtra and Alandi holds the samadhi of the poet Dnyaneshwar.

All Mumbai-Pune trains including DQ, Pragati, Indrayani need to be made 20-22 coach rakes.

Is that really happening? I had read that there were plans, but not sure if it was really being done. When is the expected date?
Platform work extention and change in yard lines a d stabling lines work at CSTM station have started this year and may take 2-3yrs for completion.
Are they also working on extending the stabling lines to accommodate 22/24 coach trains?
