Only intercity between CSMT and PUNE to get WAP-7 as a regular loco link. Maintains its schedule perfectly because of its RSA with Pune Solapur Intercity. Gets top priority the whole route.
If getting a UR ticket, go to CSMT or Dadar to get a seat. There are only 3 GS coaches for UR passengers, other 2 GS coaches before D7 are reserved for MST holders.

If you wish to travel in general compartment of this train from mumbai to pune, then if time permits, kindly go all the way to CSTM. Train comes to Pf before 05:00am, so best chances are there you will get a window seat easily. Or else this train gets optimum level filled up at TNA and KYN. Thanks to its RSA as it goes all the way to SUR, just after a brief halt at PUNE. Some people who wish to go to SUR also take this train from mumbai itself.
And if you want to alight easily at PUNE, then kindly come to door just before SVJR itself. Huge number of SUR bound passengers board this train at SVJR itself in...

Within 22 minutes the train starts its journey from Pune towards Solapur as 12169 and hence it is the first and best option to travel Solapur in the morning time...
Why is the CC different for the two trains in our site? Check 22105 and 12169. Any extra coaches attached at PUNE?

Train remains very crowded with reserved, unreserved, MST coaches all packed. Solapur bound passengers too only add to the crowd...
Do unreserved people occupy seats of reserved people? Do they get up easily without argument? We have ladies member traveling and do not want unnecessary confrontation.
Despite being the last station of the train, do not expect alighting at Pune an otherwise easy job. At SVJR and PUNE, Solapur bound passengers make it quite difficult.
