I took your comment as if u are saying parallel n double[duplicate] updates are considered as same n both to be confirmed.
But from two same only one can be confirmed n that already is there in timeline..so duplicate got voided here.

No... Acc. to me in parallel updates both should be cnf (as said by moderator sir), and for duplicate updates I don't know what to do (we should wait for Moderator sir's clarification)

Did you check the latest time table before updating the latest TT for this train ? Being a Forum Monitor, I expect you to cross check information before making such updates. You updated an old TT over the latest one. The official site does not have the updated TT because it was modified by SER twice.
We have to follow Official Site for reserved trains, that's all I know. If there is a mistake, please revert that.
It is not a rule to be followed at the cost of wrong updates. Official site is referred for correct time table but obits not updated there, it is supposed to be updated from some other source where the latest time table is available.
