diversion of 100 others. The CRS investigation began on July 18th, following the derailment of three coaches of the Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express near Jhillahi, Gonda. The accident resulted in four deaths and 25 injuries. The CRS has already conducted a preliminary investigation and interviewed relevant officials. The request for a block was made to ensure accurate measurements of the derailed coaches. The DRM Lucknow division has requested the operational department for the block, however, it has not yet been granted due to passenger concerns.
