Raju highlighted the disruption in train services at Kandra following the post-lockdown resumption of operations, leading to a protest on January 20, 2024. The DRM of Chakradharpur had promised to review the matter but eight months later, no action has been taken. Raju threatened to organize a rail blockade involving 48 villages if their demands are not met. MP Manjhi assured them that she would discuss the issue with the Railway Minister.

13288/13289 (Rajendra Nagar Durg South Bihar Express), 18616/18617 (Hatia Howrah Express), aur Danapur Superfast Express ko 6 mahine ke liye Kandra mein rukne ka trial period dene ki maang ki gayi thi. Raju ne lockdown ke baad train services shuru hone ke baad Kandra station pe train services band hone ke baare mein bataya aur kaha ki 20 January 2024 ko iske khilaf protest kiya gaya tha. Chakradharpur ke DRM ne issue par review karne ka waada kiya tha, lekin aath mahine baad bhi koi action nahi liya gaya. Raju ne dhamki di ki agar unki maang puri nahi hui to 48 gaon ke log mil kar rail blockade karenge. MP Manjhi ne unhe assure kiya ki woh railway minister se train stoppages ke baare mein baat karengi.
