and social development. The Indore-Manmad railway project will feature a track capable of supporting trains traveling at 160 km per hour. The line will include 34 stations, 4 of which are existing and 30 are new. Of these, 18 stations will be located in Madhya Pradesh. The project will also involve the construction of 7 tunnels totaling 17.7 km in length, with the longest tunnel being 6.02 km.
