Tilldate Mumbai - North Konkan - Madgoan - Londa - Hubbali - ( Guntakkal / Arsikere) - Bengaloru trains were not been operated.
Moreover, no Konkan train Mumbai - Madgoan - Mangaloru jn - Mysuru / Bengaluru also operated.
These two routed trains have to be operated early.

Since single line path constraints no more in Konkan is the ready made reply.
So the existing 12133/34 Mumbai CSMTMangaloru jn existing expresses have to be extended to Mysuru.
Moreover, 10103 /104 Mumbai CSMT Madgoan Mandovi expresses have to be extended to Bengaloru city jn via Londa and Hubbali.

Both the Express trains mentioned are dedicated for Goa bound travellers but the karwar express is extended to Mangalore. So are high demand remains and Mandovi express is not able to cater to the demand from Mumbai and extension should not be done. If such a demand exists a new biweekly train should be introduced subject to infrastructure upgrade in KR region.
