avoid inconveniencing passengers who had booked seats, Southern Railway arranged a replacement rake with ICF coaches. The original Vande Bharat Express, an eight-car rake with 560 seats, was replaced with a rake of three 3-Tier AC and one 2-Tier AC coaches, totalling 238 seats. Southern Railway issued 'lower class travel' certificates to passengers to compensate for the difference in fare, and passengers who wish to get a refund must file a ticket deposit receipt (TDR) form. The original VB rake is expected to be operational by Sunday.

शुक्रवार रात को आने पर 'बीमार' बताया गया था। यात्रियों को असुविधा न हो, इसके लिए दक्षिणी रेलवे ने आईसीएफ कोचों वाला एक प्रतिस्थापन रैक व्यवस्थित किया। मूल वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस, जो कि 8-कार रैक है और 560 सीटें हैं, उसकी जगह 3 3-टायर एसी और 1 2-टायर एसी कोचों वाला रैक, जिसमें 238 सीटें हैं, रखा गया। दक्षिणी रेलवे ने यात्रियों को 'निम्न वर्ग यात्रा' प्रमाण पत्र दिए हैं ताकि वे किराए का अंतर दावा कर सकें। और यात्री जो वापसी चाहते हैं, उन्हें टिकट जमा रसीद (टीडीआर) फॉर्म भरना होगा। मूल वीबी रैक रविवार तक परिचालन होने की उम्मीद है।

Original Vande Bharat Express, jo ki 8-car rake hai aur 560 seats hai, uski jagah 3 3-Tier AC aur 1 2-Tier AC coaches wala rake, jisme 238 seats hain, rakha gaya. Southern Railway ne passengers ko 'lower class travel' certificate diye hain taaki wo fare ka difference claim kar saken. Aur passengers jo refund chahte hain, unko ticket deposit receipt (TDR) form fill karna hoga. Original VB rake Sunday tak operational hone ki ummeed hai.
