Brother in lockdown period 2070 confirmed cases hai..... agar lockdown end hua 14th April 20 ko then yeh cases 200000 ho jayega within 1 week or say 7 days. Lockdown India ne sahi time par kia hai isiliye ab tak numbers kam hai..... agar America, Italy, etc countries k tarah stage 3 reach hone k baad yeh lockdown karta toh ab tak 200000 cases ho jate India mein bhi.
Don't forget from Jan to March 2020, 14 lakhs people arrived India from other International countries. Don't know how much is getting reported and how much cases r not presently in India.

One reason could be that we haven't detected many cases because of lack of testing. The rate of testing is very low in India, with only about 48000 tests being done as of March 31st. (According to the press release by the government, this was only 36% of our total testing capacity).
Other countries have been more proactive in testing. US, which currently has the highest number of patients, tested more than 1.2 million people as of today.
