120km of new line requires 1000-1200 cr and to complete in next 3 yrs requires 200 cr allocation in 2017-18 budget and should increase over the years. They are many lines all over the country which are surveyed premilinary works started Yeats back and still waiting for allocation and this line is surveyed in 2015-16 land acquisition has to be done and we can't expect it do be complete in next 3 yrs. The only alternative to cut some running time is to construct bypass at daund in 1yr on pirioity basis.
Finally Aurangabad-Chalisgaon new rly line on CR Map. Hope they complete the survey AFAP and sanction the funds. This line will provide direct shortcut from Aurangabad to Ahemdabad, Indore/Jaipur/Delhi (After MMR-INDB new line)....This line will also be direct shortcut from Telangana to Gujrat- West MP..
You are right.. the abvoe proposal is for that only sir.. just a bypass line of length of 3 km before Daund and join to Manmad line... even for that they say 3 years...
