That is one source of negative info. The positive info sources are yet to confirm whether specifications and tenders are announced. Speculation is around to bypass ICF for first order. I am myself not sure what is happening. Awaiting some announcement. Hopefully this LS session will answer it.
I travelled by LHB Geetanjali a couple of months back from AK to DR. It was lunch or post lunch period, and me with a WL and wife with confirmed ticket had to manage the 8-9 hrs journey. SL ppl actually raised all berths and slept. Wife being lower berth passenger, had to request to other pax to lower the MB so we can sit. That enabled another WL passenger to sit. During the whole journey, TTE made just one appearance (about 6 halts) and made a show of checking random pax. Believe me, he did not carry the reservation chart. And we had that coach with split windows with middle blocked. Actually that is most desired during winters as it closes completely and doesn't open upwards like ordinary windows. It is only up to the TTEs and the RPFs to ensure no unauthorized pax enter reserved coaches. As far as...

Reservation ticket ,Actually i always prefer ac first and ac two tier
Don't take personally but if you have proper ticket then why you are saying proper jagah nahi milati
