On Sunday, a railway worker named Anand Prakash, 49, was killed when he was hit by the Ranchi-Howrah Intercity Express near Pole No. 314-BG 13 between Bhojudih and Shivbabu dih, under the Adra Railway Division. His body got trapped under the train, halting the train for an hour. The GRP, notified by other workers, took possession of the body and filed a case, sending the body to Dhanbad for a post-mortem. The deceased was originally from Bihar.
